No one at FatHead will help me & stopped responding to my emails! I sent in an order last Thursday that I need for a big client coming up this Saturday. I paid via paypal. When I emailed the customer service, they said I'm not getting my order by Saturday and call customer service. The person I spoke with was not helpful at all. I asked him to expedite my order. He said he could not because I paid via paypal. I asked him, as a courteously if he could please contact the warehouse to expedite my order. He said that he could not because that is a paying service. I then said to him, I am willing to pay for this service because I really need this for my client on Saturday. He said that he couldn't help me. I can not believe that my order is still sitting in the warehouse but I can't change my shipping speed. It hasn't even shipped. I asked him to send me a new invoice with the shipping charges to expedite my order and he would not. He had an, I don't really care about your problem, attitude. I asked to speak with a manager and he would not put a manager on the phone.

So to sum it up, I can't expedite my order because I paid via paypal, they can't request the warehouse to expedite because that's a paying service. But I can't pay for the service because I used paypal. I can't cancel my order even through it's not complete and has not shipped because that is the policy. So I can't cancel, can't expedite, can't pay for expedited shipping, can't speak to a manager and won't get my order in time.

I have ordered in the past and I'm extremely disappointed with the poor customer service that I have received and lack of " going the extra mile" for the customer. I do love all of the fat head products but I'm so upset with how I'm being treated. I ended up ordering from Shindigz.com last night which will arrive by this Thursday. I had to spend extra money to have it shipped on top of paying for a Fathead that I won't receive in time and will be useless to me.

Fathead has a terrible policy (what ever it may be) and very bad customer service.

Reason of review: Poor Customer service, poor policy, processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

My issue has actually been resolved by Fat Head after more follow ups and emails, I was able to get the help I needed.
