Fathead - Horrible Customer Service!

Placed an order for nearly 200 dollars and have never had a more horrible experience with a company. They sent me someone elses order along with all of that persons information. When I called to get the problem fixed they told me I had to email them, when I emailed them they tell me I had to call. They assure me that no one has received my order because the printers were down that day…yet the order I received was printed that day. It took them over a week to email me a return label even with numerous of calls. Sad that a company with such a cool product must have such horrible customer service. Will never order again and will never recommend them to anyone.
